APEX Movement Boulder Women's Seminar Series

A Seminar For Women Taught by Women! Whether you are currently a practicing Traceuse or have seen Parkour in the media and have always wanted to try it, this seminar will be a women's only introduction and fine-tuning event.

The three part curriculum focuses on many movements that women tend to find more difficult including vaults, climb-ups, bar work and elements involving fear. Progressions are taught for all movements so whether you are a complete beginner or have been training for a while, we can adapt and provide challenges to your level of confidence. Parkour skills as well as basic free-running will be covered as well as training techniques and methods you can do inside or out with basic or no equipment to help develop strength, fitness and flow in your Parkour training.

Come out for a women's only Parkour session!
